Shipping Information
- We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order.
- Once your order has been placed (including subscriptions), we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in the order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method.
- All orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.
- All orders under $35 in the noncontiguous USA (Hawaii and Alaska) will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15. We do not ship to Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands.
- All orders in the contiguous USA will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7 if they contain a hazmat product. “Hazmat” might sound scary, but it just means some of our products (made with compressed air or containing alcohol) are regulated when shipping. Here is a list of items considered hazmat.
- We do not offer expedited shipping options currently.
- With FedEx Smartpost, your package is delivered to your local post office by FedEx, then final delivery is made by USPS. Typical transit time is 7 days.
- Orders ship from our Orlando warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Continuous spray products (like Sunscreen Sprays and Hand Sanitizers) cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous USA or to PO boxes due to federal regulations.
- We do not ship internationally, but please email international@trustthebum.com to see if our products have hit your stores yet!

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
We hope you love every Sun Bum product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
- For a replacement or refund, please email hey@sunbum.com with your order number, email address used to purchase, and reason for request.
- For returns on orders over $75, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unopened/unused items back.
- All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Sun Bum offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Sun Bum or authorized retailers. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 30 days from purchase or the maximum period allowed by law. This does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized distributors.
Payment Information
We accept credit card payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Shop Pay and Google Pay.
Third Party Retailer Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a product purchased from one of our retailers, please return the item to that store with your proof of purchase.
